Telecompaper and digital customer experience research company WUA! started a new collaboration in the international telecom market. The two will share their expertise to bring new insights to the telecom sector in various areas. The collaboration started in June 2016.
Research into taking out a triple-play package in Germany will follow this summer. Research into the French and British telecom markets is also planned as part of the collaboration.
