Dutch digital TV connections rise to over 6 mln in Q4

The number of digital TV connections in the Netherlands grew by 2.7 percent during the fourth quarter to 6.05 million, according to Telecompaper's quarterly Dutch Television Subscribers report. The total includes 3.42 million cable TV subscribers who have an analogue TV connection as well. Telecompaper expects digital TV connection to advance another 11 percent this year to 6.7 million connections, after a 13 percent rise in full year 2011.
