Telenet remains the biggest provider on the Belgian consumer fixed market, followed by incumbent Belgacom. Telenet and Belgacom strengthened their leading positions on the Belgian fixed market in the third quarter. Challengers such as Base are abandoning the market or like Mobistar, having difficulties rebuilding their position, according to Telecompaper's latest report on the Belgian broadband market. Telenet grootste aanbieder van vaste diensten in Q2

De Belgische consumentenmarkt voor vaste diensten was over het tweede kwartaal van 2014 goed voor een omzet van ongeveer 674 miljoen euro. De Vlaamse kabelaanbieder Telenet is de grootste aanbieder in omzet en in aantal breedbandaansluitingen. Dat blijkt uit het in september 2014 verschenen breedbandrapport van Telecompaper over de Belgische vaste consumentenmarkt.
