Het BIPT heeft opnieuw de tarieven vastgesteld die Belgacom mag opleggen aan operators die internet- en televisiediensten aanbieden. De regulators in België hebben in juni 2011 besloten dat Belgacom concurrenten toegang moet geven tot triple play over VDSL. Belgian broadband market leaders continue growth in Q3

The Belgian consumer fixed market generated EUR 683 million in revenues in the third quarter of 2014. Flemish cable operator Telenet was the biggest operator in terms of revenues and broadband connections, according to the latest broadband report from Telecompaper on the Belgian consumer fixed market.

Telenet and Belgacom strengthened their leading positions on the Belgian fixed market in the third quarter.
