TIM expands WBD content deal, adds HBO Max to TIMvision

Telecom Italia (TIM) has reached an agreement with Warner Bros Discovery to add the latter's HBO Max streaming service to its TIMvision platform, confirming earlier reports. Under the new multi-year deal between the longstanding partners, TIM said it will be able to offer HBO Max in combination with TIMvision offers, allowing customers to sign up to plans starting at EUR 7 a month for the entire HBO Max catalogue plus TIMvision Play, Netflix and Infinity Plus.

Bosnia and Herzegovina operator BH Telecom has rolled out its VoLTE service to all its mobile customers, including postpaid, prepaid, and hybrid users. VoLTE offers several key benefits, including faster call setup, clearer audio, simultaneous internet and calls, and a more stable connection. To use the service, users must have a USIM card that supports 4G network connectivity.

Latvian operator Tet has concluded its first commercial agreement in Moldova. Tet's OTT brand Backscreen signed an agreement with Moldova-based telecom provider StarNet. Tet claims the deal marks the beginning of a broader Latvian-Moldovan cooperation in the development of sustainable IT infrastructure, data centres, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence solutions.

Telefonica has signed a new deal with OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT, to offer Movistar Spain customers the opportunity to use ChatGPT Plus free of charge for six months. Telenet credit rating upheld at B1 by Moody's

Belgian operator Telenet's credit rating at Moody's was confirmed at B1, with a stable outlook, following a regular review. The rating was lowered last in February 2024 due to higher leverage at the Liberty Global subsidiary after it borrowed to pay dividends. Based on Moody's definitions, Telenet's current net debt is at around 5.5x EBITDA.

Danish public service content dominates streamed video viewing in 2025

Public service content from broadcasters DR and TV 2 accounted for 55 percent of Danish streamed viewing in 2025, up from 54 percent the year before, according to a report by TV 2. It found that TV2's content accounted for 32 percent of all streamed video consumption (31% in 2024), while DR content made up 23 percent (unchanged). Average streamed viewing time in 2025 was 1 hour and 17 minutes per person per day in Denmark, down by 2 minutes from 2024 but up by 3 minutes from 2023.

Telecom Italia (TIM) has announced on its website that certain prepaid mobile plans will be subject to price increases from EUR 1.99 to EUR 2.99 a month starting on 14 February. Cornerstone awards network maintenance contract to United Infrastructure

Cornerstone, UK digital infrastructure services provider, has awarded a major national maintenance framework contract to the Connected business division of United Infrastructure.
