Italian SVOD subs up 279K to 15.8 mln in Q4, led by Netflix and Amazon Prime

The number of unique users of Italian subscription video on demand (SVOD) platforms came to 15.8 million at the end of the final quarter of 2025, up 1.8 percent or 279,000 year on year, according to Comscore data included in the latest quarterly update from regulator Agcom. Users of free VOD platforms also rose, by 0.3 percent year on year, to 35.3 million at the end of December.

Philippines operator PLDT reported service revenues growth of 3 percent year-on-year to PHP 54.9 billion in the first quarter of 2026.
