Senegal's mobile connections grow over 4% in 2025 despite net loss in Q4

Senegal closed 2025 with 23.93 million mobile connections, up 4.4 percent from a restated installed base of 22.92 million at the end of 2024, according to telecom regulator ARTP. The market recorded a net loss of nearly 340,000 connections in the three months to December, compared to a net loss of 64,000 in Q4 2024.
