Google has announced it has hired Brian Wallace, vice president of strategic marketing at Samsung's US phone unit, to fill a similar post at Motorola, people familiar with the move told AllThingsD. Wallace joined Samsung a year ago, and prior to that spent more than a decade at Research in Motion, the article said.
