LG to introduce new Google TV lineup at CES
LG Electronics has announced it will introduce an extended Google TV lineup at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in January. LG's new models GA7900 and GA6400 feature Google's latest platform together with LG's redesigned Magic Remote Qwerty for enhanced Voice Search and PrimeTime quick guide, an updated Smart Home that offers varied types of cards that act as folder for apps and other content and a new My Interest Card that displays information such as real-time weather and customisable news. In addition, the new models feature a user interface that can be navigated using the redesigned Magic Remote Qwerty which combines a complete keyboard with point-and-click control, enhanced natural language recognition incorporated into the revamped remote and a dual core CPU for easy menu navigation, fast Internet browsing and video streaming. The premium model comes equipped with a Cinema Screen design for a more streamlined appearance and borderless display. The LG Smart TV and Google TV can connect to variety of devices wirelessly, and LG Google TV offers the OnLive app pre-installed.
