- FMC / No FMC - determined from the FMC offers in the market, and based upon the mobile brand of the respondent.
- Play - number of fixed services, with focus on BB, BBTV, BBFT and BBTVFT
- How Long Customer Broadband Provider - <12 Months, 12-24 Months, 24-48 or longer.
- We also include insight on how long the consumer is in contract with the existing broadband provider.
A close analysis of these figures highlights trends in behavior.
