UPC Netherlands loses customers in Q2
UPC Netherlands reported a drop in customer numbers in the second quarter due to the difficult competitive environment. It lost a net 6,700 revenue-generating units in the quarter, for a total 3.676 million at end-June. Customers totaled 1.674 million, down by 24,700 since March. The analogue TV base fell by 29,500 in the three months to 578,100, while digital customers grew by 4,700 to 1.094 million.
