Five Bulgarian regional TV and internet providers, Net 1, Neterra, SKAT, Telekabel and Telecom, plan to launch the first MVNO in Bulgaria by the end of 2018, writes local news agency Novinite. The companies are already negotiating with the three MNOs in Bulgaria to gain access to a mobile network.
The five companies created the "Mobile Alternative Communications" alliance in which each shareholder holds an equal share. The companies, however, continue to operate as separate legal entities. A contract will be concluded with the owner of the mobile network that offers the best conditions
